• Loading your prepaid account   Load your prepaid account whenever you desire it. The costs for using the service in accordance to the pricelist and the monthly fee are charged from this account. Everyone can load your pre paid account.  It is sufficient to mention during the payment the Swiss Dial number for which it was paid for. This is helpfully if you do not posses a credit card or if  a bank transfer is not possible.  Your prepaid account is not limited by a date, that means that it won’t turn wortheless after a certain time period. It is important to tipe in the Email adress during the payment, in order to make it possible for Swiss Dial to know for which number it was paid for: Type the 10-digit number found on th Type the 10-digit number found on the yellow label on the adapter (which corresponds to the telephone number connected to this adapter) followed by "@swissdial.ch". Example: If your telephone number is 0335018001 then type following Emailadress: 0335018001@swissdial.ch
