Swiss dial is a pre-paid a system. 

The customer loads his pre-paid account as he desires. The tariffs and the monthly fee are taken off from this account.

The assets on the account are not limites by a certain time, i.e. it does not purge after a certain time.  Telephoning is accounted in accordance with the price lists and per second (in the price list the costs are indicated per minute).  Monthly void is a fee for using the Swiss telephone number and for the rent of the Swiss Dial adapter.

The customer gets a Swiss Dial adapter and its own Swiss telephone number for use.  The first monthly fee is a welcome gift and is therefore free. The user pays the uniquely resulting costs of connecting(25 €) and the first loading of the pre paid account (25 €). The Deposit for the Swiss Dial adapter amounts to 50 €.

The customer can dissolve the contract and send back the adapter at any time. In this case the Deposit will be paid back after the receipt of the adapter and the remaining credit on the pre-paid account will be reimbursed to the customer.
